These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rotary District 3780 digital member platform — including member registration, digital member IDs, the member directory, profile pages, and physical NFC card orders. By registering a profile, signing in, or ordering a card, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Platform
This platform is operated by BIZPRO INC. (Card Biz Pro) for and in coordination with Rotary International District 3780 (Quezon City, Philippines). It provides verified members with a digital member ID and business card, a QR/NFC-linked public profile, and access to district directories and services.
2. Eligibility and Approval
- Registration is intended for bona fide members of Rotary clubs within District 3780 and authorized district personnel.
- All submissions are reviewed by the District Administrator. A profile, digital card, and directory listing become active only after approval and verification.
- District 3780 and Card Biz Pro may decline or remove any submission that cannot be verified as a legitimate member in good standing.
3. Accuracy of Information
You affirm that all personal, professional, and Rotary details you submit — including your full name, Rotary club, position, and Rotary ID — are accurate, current, and belong to you. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date through your member dashboard. Misrepresentation of identity, membership, or credentials is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate removal of your profile.
4. Photographs and Likeness
- By uploading a photo, you confirm it is a clear photograph of yourself that you have the right to submit for official ID production.
- You consent to your photo undergoing automatic background removal and to its storage and reproduction for your digital profile and physical membership ID card.
- Your photo is used solely for identification purposes on this platform and printed district materials, and is accessible only by designated District Administrators.
5. Public Profile and Digital Card
Your digital card and profile link (for example, district3780.cardbizpro.com/profile/your-name) may be shared by you and scanned by any member of the public. By completing your profile, you understand that the contact and professional details you designate as public will be visible to anyone who scans your QR code, taps your NFC card, or opens your profile link. You may adjust your public details at any time via your member dashboard.
6. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials or allow others to use your account.
- Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or not your own likeness.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent club or district positions.
- Use the member directory or profile data for spam, unsolicited marketing, or any commercial solicitation outside Rotary purposes.
- Attempt to access accounts, photos, or records belonging to other members or to disrupt the platform.
7. Physical NFC Card Orders
- Physical NFC cards are offered at the price displayed on the order page (currently ₱300 per card, subject to change for future orders).
- Orders are confirmed only after payment and proof-of-payment verification. Production begins once payment is confirmed.
- Please review your profile details carefully before ordering: printed card details and the encoded profile link reflect your profile at the time of production and cannot be changed after printing. Reprints for changed details are treated as new orders.
- Cards are non-refundable once production has begun. Provide accurate delivery or claim details when ordering.
8. Intellectual Property
The Rotary name, emblem, and district branding are used under Rotary International policies and remain the property of Rotary International and District 3780. Platform software and design are owned by BIZPRO INC. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant the platform a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate your profile, digital card, and printed ID.
9. Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173). See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how it is protected, and your rights as a data subject.
10. Suspension and Termination
District 3780 and Card Biz Pro may suspend or remove a profile, revoke access, or cancel an order in cases of terms violations, misrepresentation, membership lapse, or a verified request from the member's club or the district. Upon verified deletion requests, personal data and photos are removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable safeguards to protect data and keep the service available, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions, data requests, and reports of misuse may be directed to the District System Administrator through the Contact page.
